Apple today presented a Extension of the Fitness + exercise catalog, their subscription service to get in shape using their devices. These exercises are intended for novice users, pregnant women and the elderly.
The exercises for beginners will be yoga, weight training or HIIT interval training; and they can be useful too for those who haven’t exercised for a long time
