Serious error.
What should happen is that when a child tries to add a new contact, the phone must request a parent password. This will prevent children from continuing to interact with strangers.
If you're an Apple developer, you can always update with OTA or the company's developer center. After a few days, its durability will be checked with the data provided by these bidders and transferred to its final version for all users.
