This end of the year will be loaded at Apple. According to Marc Gurman, Apple has the biggest product launch in its history slated for this fall.
According to Gurman, Apple is preparing to launch four new iPhones (iPhone 14 and 14 Max, 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max), a new refurbished entry-level MacBook Pro, a larger iMac, the new Mac Pro, a new redesigned MacBook Air, the Second-generation AirPods Pro, three new Apple Watch models (Apple Watch 8, Apple Watch SE and a “Rugged” model sportier and more resistant), an entry-level iPad and new iPad Pro models.
It is not the first time that we have talked about these new devices, which have been rumored for a long time. The news would come from the fact that Apple would wait until the end of the year to announce them all, or at least almost all of them. According to Gurman, the iMac with the largest screen could be advanced. It is expected that there is an event this spring, in March or April, where we will see the new iPhone SE and the new iPad Air, and this larger iMac could be introduced, with the changes we’ve already seen in the current 24″ iMac but on a larger screen that could reach 31″ according to analyst estimates.
We are waiting for what will happen with the virtual reality device, these mixed glasses that were expected for this 2022 but lately are projected more for 2023 after some difficulties in which they are working to be able to definitely face their mass production. These VR/AR glasses will be a product reserved for very selected users, for prices and benefits, and with which no failure can be tolerated as it can mark the way forward for Apple in the years to come. It looks like we won’t be seeing them at the fall event, perhaps at an event that’s supposed to take place later this year or in early 2023.
