It's been a long rumor and it looks like it's been confirmed: Apple has hired a new location in New York to open new offices. As reported The New York Post, Apple has signed an agreement to move from 11 to 14 floors 11 Penn Plaza. It's about 27,000 square feet of space offices near Madison Square Garden, from here you can see it on Apple Maps.
The building is located in central Manhattan, located along Seventh Avenue between 31st and 32nd streets. This space was previously occupied by Macy's, but they moved in a few months ago. A five-year agreement, of course Apple will be here until at least 2025
