Apple has just launched iOS and iPadOS 13.3.1 for all devices compatible with specific issues and, in particular, to solve some errors which appeared after the recent renewal. After three beta versions of the update, Apple has decided to introduce the final version of iOS 13.3.1 today.
What's new in iOS 13.3.1
Being a bit of a rebuild, the issues are mainly focused on bug fixes, so we don't have much improvement. This is all solved by iOS 13.3.1:

How to install iOS 13.3 and iPadOS 13.3 and compatible devices
To update to a newer version of iOS 13 or iPadOS on your iPhone or iPad you must go to it Settings> General> Software update and download this new update to your device. You can also do this by connecting your iPhone or iPad to your computer or Mac using iTunes, or Finder in the case of macOS Catalina.
