Apple has just released a new iOS 14 update, but not for everyone: the iOS version 14.2.1 It is only available to owners of an iPhone 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, or 12 Pro mini. With it, the company smoothed out some tough spots that had been found in the new generation of its phones.
Specifically, iOS 14.2.1 fixes bugs that prevented reception of MMS messages (not to be confused with iMessages), which hearing aids were correctly connected and which caused the iPhone 12 mini’s lock screen to remain fixed without the possibility of unlocking the terminal.

Being an update for a single device model, no update is available for the iPad, Mac, or Apple TV. iOS 14, remember, is this year’s version of the iPhone operating system that includes the new widgets and app library on the Home screen among many other new features.
