Apple has just released updates for two of its main operating systems: iOS and watchOS. The versions in question are iOS 16.0.3 and watchOS 9.0.2 that arrive to correct certain errors and improve the general functioning of the devices.
Minor but very concrete changes
After the official release of iOS 16, Apple brought us iOS 16.0.1, 16.0.2 and now 16.0.3. In this update, they solve some errors related in particular to the iPhone 14
- Fixes an issue that could cause call and app notifications to be delayed on iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max.
- Fixes a bug that could cause the microphone volume to be too low during a CarPlay call.
- Fixes an issue that could cause the Camera app to launch or appear slowly when switching between apps on iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
- Fixes a bug that could cause Mail to quit unexpectedly when receiving mail with certain errors.
Whereas, watchOS 9.0.2 it also comes with its small changes and improvements. The list in this case is as follows:
- Fixes a bug that could cause Spotify streaming to fail.
- Fixes a bug that could cause the notification to snooze an alarm to still be present after clearing the alarm using AssistiveTouch.
- Fixes an issue that could prevent Fitness or Wallet app information from fully syncing with a newly paired Apple Watch.
- Fixes an issue that could cause the microphone sound to drop out on Apple Watch Series 8 or Apple Watch Ultra.
As we can see a fairly comprehensive changelog, however the changes themselves are minor. An update that we can already install on our iPhone and Apple Watch while waiting for the arrival of iOS 16.1 this month with its corresponding number of new features.
