A few hours ago, we told you that Apple was testing iOS 17.2.1 internally via web page navigation. In fact, the hypotheses have focused on the launch of this new update at the end of this year or the beginning of 2024 and it seems that the machines have been accelerated and Apple released iOS 17.2.1 a few minutes ago, a week after the release of iOS 17.2. At the moment the improvements incorporated in this new update have not been revealed, except for the official note which claims correction of errors.
These were real rumors… Apple officially releases iOS 17.2.1
Apple has officially released iOS 17.2.1. You can now update your device via the Settings app > Software Updates. And this is something that did not surprise us since there were rumors and solid data that showed, as I mentioned, that Cupertino was browsing a website to try this new version.
As on other occasions, the patch note does not provide any information, it only indicates that changes have been made. Fixed important bugs for users. Immediately, social media was filled with criticism, once again, regarding Apple’s lack of transparency when it comes to bug fixes. The argument of these critics is that it would make sense to be able to know what these problems are and for engineers and developers to be able to assess whether or not they have been resolved.

We will also see if the developers break down the introduced changes and release them even before Apple’s official note. Everything that happens in the next few hours we will share with you.
