Apple has just released an update for its two speakers: the HomePod and the HomePod mini. This version, with the number 14.2.1 comes after the presentation of 14.2 about a month ago.
An update to improve performance and stability
This update corrects some bugs and improves the overall performance of the system. The release notes give no details other than “general performance and stability improvements”.
It must be said that the HomePods operating system is one of the simplest of those that give life to the various devices of the apple brand, but in any case, it is advisable to always update the most recent version.
Remember that the update, in general, is installed automatically, but that you can see its status from the application House on one of our devices.
The 33.8MB update is recommended for all users and should become available as it is rolled out to servers. In Applesfera we are already updating our speakers, if we find anything new we will update this article.
