For the executive, the new generation of Apple TV represents an opportunity for developers. With the new chip, they can choose to provide enhanced experiences this was not possible before. Specifically, Twerdahl refers to about a 50% improvement in graphics power.
However, the truth is that it is still treated as if the Apple TV is nothing more than an accompaniment. A different way of experiencing exactly the same as you can find on iOS. At the moment, it seems that Apple does not seek to compete with other gaming platforms. They are just trying to get a job with them, accompanying them. In recent years, rumors that Apple would bet heavily on video games with a more powerful Apple TV have resurfaced.
