Apple extends return deadline for Christmas campaign
Apple’s standard return policy states that 14 calendar days ago from delivery date to return a device for a refund of the product amount. Additionally, Apple also has a special policy for defective products. It must be said that normally these policies have never caused a sensation among users since they always tend to be quite flexible with defective products.

With the arrival of Christmas shopping season and facing the Christmas campaign, Apple has updated its returns policy
Certain products purchased from the Apple Online Store and received between November 8, 2024 and January 6, 2025 may be returned until January 20, 2025. Other Apple Online Store terms and conditions and sales policies will continue to apply refunds on these items. For all purchases made after January 6, 2025, the standard return policy will apply.
