Netflix and Ubisoft hand in hand
That Ubisoft has in its possession great sagas like the Assassin’s Creed universe, already says enough about the new netflix partner to continue promoting the games from its streaming platform.
Via Fonearena we know that in the Ubisoft Forward digital event The deal with Netflix to develop three mobile games has been announced. In this way, the platform ensures that it continues to add games to its catalog so that anyone, and always with a subscription, can enjoy them from their Android smartphone.
All three games are based on the Valiant Hearts, Mighty Quest, and Assassin’s Creed universes. The first will be a sequel to the great Valiant Hearts: The Great Warand will be led by the core team of the original game to maintain its essence and the same story.
The one related to Mighty Quest draws inspiration from the roguelike genre to create an experience that will be like a sort of celebration of their hack ‘n slash combat, and that format where you repeat game after game is its great value.
Of course, and how could it be otherwise, Ubisoft has reserved details about the mobile game based on Assassin’s Creed. In fact, for the latter Netflix has already prepared a television series.
