Navigation apps are a must on our devices. Although each company offers its own, over time we have acquired preferences and currently there are several applications with which we can guide ourselves on the roads. One of these options, and one of the most unknown, is Wave. It has been owned by Google for almost ten years and is gradually progressing in features. The latest news is the integration of Apple Music, Apple’s music streaming service, into the Waze app itself with which we can listen to our music without leaving the navigation application.
You can now sync your Apple Music account with Waze
Through a brief press release, Waze announced the new Apple Music integration with Waze Audio Player. With this new integration, users will be able to access all their playlists and great content from Apple Music without leaving Waze:
With a direct connection between apps, you can now access Apple Music content directly from Waze Audio Player. Enjoy over 90 million songs, tens of thousands of curated playlists, Apple Music Radio and more while you browse. We’re thrilled to partner with Apple Music to bring Apple Music subscribers their songs while driving with Waze on iPhone.

Waze is already compatible with the CarPlay dashboard interface
To perform the integration, simply click on the music icon at the top right, just below the microphone, and sync our Apple Music account. We can also do this by going to “My Waze” at the bottom left and going to Settings. Later, we will look for the “Audio Player” option and tell Apple Music to do the setup.
With the integration of the Big Apple service, there are already several streaming services compatible with Waze Audio Player. Among them are Deezer, NPR, Pandora, Youtube Music, Amazon Music and Spotify. The wide variety of services and above all the ease with which playback is controlled from the navigation itself make Waze a more than valid option for the most demanding users.
