There are many sleep monitoring apps on our Apple Watch, but AutoS sleep is ranked as one of the best. The number of parameters fell able to analyze information And what it does, and how to explain concepts about our dream, are the main reasons why I chose to tackle so many other applications.
As simple as carrying a watch in bed

What if I prefer not to wear a watch on the couch? AutoS sleep will use the time when the clock is out of our hand as the time when we are sleeping. In this case the amount of data collected is there it will reduce sleep time, yet it is an excellent work.
Details, details and other details
The amount of performance information it gives us is amazing. Fortunately it is enough of a nest so that, looking around, we get to the idea of how the night went. However we can play almost any metric for more information.
The app is divided into five tabs: Today, Clock, Historical, Day / Edit and Options. On the tab Today we find, in different cards and drawings, details of recent nights. Details, in particular, number of hours of sleep, quality, environmental noise during the night, hours of intense sleep, waking hours and heart rate.
In Clock we got an idea about the rings (similar to those of the app The work) of different sleeping materials. Bedtime, sleep time, quality and heart rate. The goal is simple: complete all sleeping rings.
Tab of Historically As the name implies, it gives us an idea of the various dates. In Date / Schedule We see the information hour by hour and we can correct the inaccuracies.
The take on analyzing dreams continues
For me there are four points where AutoS sleep captures the analytical dream. The first is being able to write down a dream even without taking the clock to bed. As a result of this work we can continue to collect points on A sleeping bank app.
