There National Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC) has just published a new press release in which calls for direct investigation into Apple for “possible anticompetitive practices” related to the App StoreThis would constitute an infringement due to a “prohibited abuse of a dominant position”, according to Article 2 of the Law on the Protection of Competition and Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of European Law.
