Two additional hours in the first which can be a point in favor of opting for it because you will arrive more comfortable at the end of the day with normal use. Both are MagSafe compatible.

• Video recording: is perhaps not the most important point, but iPhone 13 mini can record videos in cinema mode. This feature allows you to blur the subject in the background, like in Portrait photos, for a more cinematic look.

The rest of the features are virtually identical: dual 12 MP rear camera, Face ID, Wi-Fi 6 and 5G connectivity, mobile payments by Apple Pay, etc.

iPhone 13 mini or iPhone 12 mini, which one to buy?

As we mentioned, the differences between iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 12 mini are very few and not significant. Perhaps the one that attracts the most attention is the battery, because two extra hours of video playback also translates to more everyday battery life. And if you are one of those who record a lot of video, cinema mode can be another differentiating feature.

However, the pocket rules, and the iPhone 12 mini is currently at a very good price. So much so that it is difficult to recommend the iPhone SE (2022) when the iPhone 12 mini 64 GB is 639 dollars in stores like Amazon. The iPhone 13 mini, if in stock, can be around 759 dollars or more depending on the store.
