It looks like this new feature is being categorized into Google Keyboard, and you do not need to update the app to access it, so it is possible that in a short time you can find this new feature on an American company keyboard, because it is an update from the server.
Gboard, in my opinion, is one of the most complete keyboards you can download on Google Play, and the fact is that we're glad Google continues to worry about upgrading it a bit, because A good keyboard can be one of the most powerful tools we have on our phone. And personally, even though there are some very interesting alternatives like Swiftkey or Fleksy, in my opinion, Google is crowned with this Android keyboard.
