Google Chrome reaches version 91, which is gradually becoming available for download on Google Play, or via its APK, if you don’t want to wait. It’s not a version with as many new features as the previous versions, but it still brings some interesting news to the Android ecosystem.
To begin with, Google Chrome 91 will load the desktop version of a website if you are using a tablet with a large screen size, in addition to renewing the appearance of some of the controls such as boxes or sliders, which had become somewhat obsolete and were renewed in the desktop version a few versions ago.
Desktop version for tablets
It makes sense that if you have a tablet with a large screen diagonal, it is more suitable use desktop web version than optimized for mobile. This will be the behavior of Google Chrome 91.
That is, if you are browsing a website that has an optimized version for mobile and PC, on a tablet with a sufficiently large screen, the desktop version will open, while The “small” tablets will continue to see the mobile version

New design for controls
The design of some of the elements of the forms interface Google Chrome has long been a bit obsolete. In Google Chrome for desktop, these controls got a redesign in Chrome 83 (a year ago) and now the redesign is for mobile phones.
This redesign brings a more modern style to standard forms used on web pages. You won’t see a change in forms that apply custom styling on top of it, but you will see changes in those that keep the standard style, which now include blue highlighting and a less coarse styling.
Other changes
The follow button, something like Google Chrome’s RSS, is still a test, so there’s no way to force it to appear, even with a Chrome flag on. However, you should start Activate Google Chrome 91 users, if the option finally presents itself.
Of course there is no shortage of bug fixes, security improvements and performance improvements. For example, Google Chrome 91 implements version 9.1 of the V8 JavaScript engine, support for JSON is included, and port 10080 is blocked, among other more technical changes.
