The end of the year is approaching and many of us will be spending our family days off enjoying streaming content. Disney + is probably the favorite of the little ones in the house, surely also of many of you in love with the Marvel universe, and precisely today we bring you news of the Disney + application. One of the new features of iOS 15 was the ability to share content via FaceTime thanks to the new SharePlay, Disney + just updated to support the new iOS 15 SharPlay.
To access the content shared by SharePlay, we will only have to initiate a FaceTime call with one of our contacts, then go to one of the Disney + movies or series. Once In the main content screen we will see that the SharePlay message will be returned to us wondering if we want to share the content with our contact from the video call. Of course, it is important that our contact also has the Disney + application installed on their device. An interesting novelty which is not a great novelty either since Disney + already offered us to view group content online without needing FaceTime. It’s also worth noting that the content shared through SharePlay also has share playback controls, that is, anyone who is reading the content can pause or play, and even display the subtitles in the language of your choice.
