In fact, the new version of Amazon Echo Auto was announced last year, but at that time its launch in Europe was not yet confirmed. Today, alongside the new line of Echo devices, Amazon announced the launch of this second generation in our country.

The Echo Auto is a small device that connects to our car and we have to place it somewhere on the dashboard so that its built-in microphones can recognize our voice well. Instead of “fighting” with a screen, the Echo Auto lets us do essentially the same thing with our voice, eliminating distractions that can be deadly in a car.
This is especially true of the new model, which has improved voice recognition and should therefore be able to better understand our voice commands. The sound quality has also been improved, so we should hear Alexa better. Otherwise, it is a miniature Echo, with in particular the luminous circle which indicates if it is listening to us, in addition to the buttons to activate and deactivate the microphone.

The second generation Echo Auto is now available in the Amazon store, priced at 69.99 dollars. Amazon warns that it is not compatible with certain car models that have Bluetooth playback, and from there we can check the list of not compatible models.
