Apple is about to celebrate one of the most important events of the year and that’s everything we hope to be featured at WWDC24
We are only a few hours away from the start of one of most important events of the year for Apple, probably the most important for most workers in the company. WWDC24 is an event that lasts a whole week and during which dozens of tutorials are given, in addition to presenting lots of software related news.
We have examined everything we hope Apple will showcase at WWDC24which we remember will begin with an inaugural conference but will last several days.
When is Apple’s WWDC24?
We know the Apple WWDC24 celebration date for several weeks since the company made the official announcement in late March. Here is the date and time this year’s WWDC will take place:
- Date of WWDC24: June 10 to 14.
- Opening date of iOS 18 and the rest of the operating systems
- WWDC24 location: Apple Park.
What will Apple present at WWDC24?
Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference typically focuses on the company’s software, although it’s not uncommon to find new hardware releases there. Last year, Apple introduced its Vision Pro at the event, but it looks like this year we won’t have anything new in the form of a device at WWDC24.
iOS 18
Without a doubt, iOS 18 will be the star of the event. The new iPhone operating system aims to be one of the best updates in recent years, with some interesting design changes and plenty of new AI-related features. Here are some of the new features coming with iOS 18:
- Artificial intelligence: AI will arrive on iPhone in style with a completely renewed Siri and improvements in many applications, from Messages to Photos. It is also said that we will be able to create our own emojis by describing them to AI.
- Design news: iOS 18 should change the design of several parts of the system, from the Control Center to a redesign of the Settings application, including customization of icon colors. Additionally, we can place applications anywhere on the screen, leaving empty spaces.
- App improvements– A big improvement is expected in the Calculator and Notes apps, although it’s likely we’ll see new features in many others as well.
- New accessibility features: These are the first new features of iOS 18 confirmed by Apple, there are very interesting functions among which we stand out to avoid motion sickness.
iPadOS 18
The iPad operating system will also be one of the big beneficiaries of all the new features presented by Apple, inheriting all the improvements that we will see in iOS 18. Little specific news has been disclosed
MacOS 15
In macOS 15 we will have a lot of them interesting changes related to AIjust like in iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, as an improvement to Siri, and Design changes to the System Settings app. Hopefully, Apple will also improve many apps, although only the most modern and powerful Macs will be able to access most of the new features.
watchOS 11
After a fairly revolutionary watchOS 10, watchOS 11 should be quite conservative and we won’t have too many improvements. We still hope new areas, more types of training and some improvement in health. Siri could also be better through the application of AI.
visionOS 2
He Apple Vision Pro will also release new software that we expect a lot from. We’ll likely see more apps designed natively for Apple’s Space Computer, changes to the UI to allow for reordering of apps, and many other things Apple could think of. visionOS is Apple’s newest system and the one with the most room for improvement.
tvOS 18
We don’t know what improvements might come to the Apple TV with this new operating system. tvOS 17 brought FaceTime to Apple TV for the first time, so we might see it more interactions like this in the new update.
It is one of the events of the year and from iPadizate, we’ll tell you everything you need to know as Apple introduces it. In addition, WWDC24 can be followed live, so you will be able to see all the news as soon as it is presented.
