Let's start with the basics, OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro will have Snapdragon 865, something that shouldn't surprise anyone because the brand name has always used the best Qualcomm processor available. Both models have 8 and 12 GB of RAM with LPDDR5 technology and 128 and 256 GB of UFS 3.0 memory. We didn't expect much, or less.
OnePlus 7 Pro has surprised us with its large screen and refresh rate. OnePlus 8 Pro will go one step further.
Although on the operating system both phones will be exactly the same, in some respects there is a difference between the standard model and the Pro. The OnePlus 8 screen will have FHD + resolution with a 90 Hz refresh rate, while that of the Pro Makes a jump to 120 Hz, keeping the QHD + 7 Pro and 7T Pro configurations that it had.
Both models have a 48 Mpx primary sensor, with 3 cameras for the standard model and 4 pro. Surprisingly, the Pro will have 2 mps of 48 Mpx, so it is expected that the high-resolution mode is high.
For years, OnePlus hasn't been bold about things like water resistance or wireless charging. OnePlus 8 Pro will be the first to share with both.
The Pro model improved in many ways that OnePlus had refused to install it until now. It will be the first OnePlus for wireless charging, and this feature will come out on top, offering the same speed as wireless charging. It will also have IP 68 certification for water and dust resistance.
