It's been two years since Amazon introduced its latest 8-inch tablet. It was the Amazon Fire HD 8, in 2018, and it's about to be redesigned. The e-commerce giant also uses the Plus model to keep up with it, even with the similarities in children involving a covered case. Amazon Fire HD 8 and Fire HD 8 Plus are coming, with 2020 models.
As was the case with the last generation, the devices are included in cheap tracts, at least talking about dollars as the price of models in Europe is still unknown. So far we have left the management HD Shows and decent amount of RAM, although they are enough to look around, they use multimedia and eventually play some non-complicated topics.

Two twins have very little change between them
The new Amazon Fire HD 8 and HD 8 Plus have an IPS screen 8 inches with a resolution of 1,280 x 800 HD pixels, which leaves a size of 189 pixels per inch. Both glasses have filtration filters installed. And underneath the casing, an unknown size battery promises a 12-hour range. Amazon claims that the HD 8 charges in 4 hours and the HD 8 Plus charges in 5 hours, in addition to ending with wireless charging.
The two variants differ in RAM and small battery
As for the processor, we have a quad-core model running at 2GHz and backed by two types of RAM and an internal hard drive that makes the models for sale next. Fire HD 8 with 2GB / 32GB and 2GB / 64GB, Fire HD 8 Plus with 3GB / 32GB and 3GB / 64GB. There, the difference between both terminals ends, in the already established feature of its battery and having an extra GB of Plus model. At rest they are the same terminals.
We get in both models the rear camera and the front camera, both megapixels, and they provide both WiFi 5 as Bluetooth 5.0 LE, in addition to having a USB Type-C port for file transfer and charging. As is typical of the North American brand, Fire HD 8 and Fire HD 8 Plus come in black. By the way, both models have Android but in a modified version of Amazon, which means, among other things, we'll have Alexa as the default assistant.
Kids version of Amazon Fire HD 8
It's called Amazon Fire HD 8 Kids Edition but we're really talking about that Amazon Fire HD 8 it includes a defense case which makes the tablet powerful. This case can be purchased in blue, pink and purple. Also, one year of Amaon FreeTime Unlimited is included with educational content as well as books, videos, games and more.
In addition to the comments, The Fire HD 8 Kids Edition has parental control built-in that allows parents to fully adjust features such as usage time, mobile sites, and unique educational goals.
