Google Assistant doesn’t work for some users

In recent weeks, we have seen how Google has encountered several problems, some more serious than others, related to the use of its services. The biggest drop affected all of its apps as long as we used them in relation to our user.

This implies that the problem was with the accounts and not with the platforms themselves. And that’s what’s currently happening with the Google Assistant.

Some users cannot use the Google Assistant

As seen on Reddit, there are several people reporting bugs with the wizard. If you try to use it from a mobile, either Android or iOS, the result is a message that says it can’t connect with Google: “Cannot access Google at the moment“.

If the users with this message try to use a smart speaker, they will also see how it does not work. In the case of what has a screen, you’ll see the four colored circles spinning over them, just like when we started to configure the device.

Apparently, the issue is occurring in some accounts and although it is not yet widespread, many are finding this issue.

Google has indicated that it is aware of the issue and is working on it to resolve it as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, the only option to use the Google Assistant is to link another account, although this will obviously limit the use we have of connected apps and related services.
