Google Maps is experiencing many changes These weeks, coincide with their fifteenth anniversary. One of the most notable changes we find in the navigation app is the new interface design, with a revamped menu. The app is used to consult or browse restaurants and bars in your area, the most important location.
When we add a profile for any of these restaurants, Google Maps also show pictures even with a menu or a book restaurant meaning. To improve this function, Google Lens is now integrated into this category. Due to the request we may have some information about the menu or be able to interpret it.

This integration has started showing up for Google Maps users, though it is currently limited only menu section or restaurant menu. It's at that stage where we get the photos that the restaurant itself or public users upload when we can use Google Lens to get more details, or to interpret the mentioned menu, in case it's a restaurant in another country.

Without a doubt, it can be a very easy thing for users on Google Maps. Integration with Google Lens is already possible, so you may be able to access it. We don't know if Lens will integrate much in the use of maps over time, but the first step has already been taken with this new function.
