Earlier this year, a leak emerged that brought Google’s Pixel Fold back into the limelight, which would be its first foldable phone. We now know that even would happen this year for the big G to offer more information at Google I/O 2022 next week.
A foldable Google for 2022
DSCC’s Ross Young, and via Phandroid, communicated via his official Twitter account that Google intends to launches its first flip phone that same year.
According to Young himself, that would be for the fourth quarter of 2022, which would put the Pixel Fold in the same launch window as the Google Pixel 7. Which makes all the sense in the world to make that day even more special if possible.

There are more details even in this tweet posted by Ross Young where he warns that the Pixel Fold and Galaxy Fold 4 screens They will share the same dimensions, although in this case the secondary screen of the foldable big G would be a little smaller.
