A slightly more expensive Pixel 7a
On May 10, we have a big date with Google I / O in which the Pixel Fold and the Pixel 7a will be presented. He Pixel 6a earlier It’s become a real sweetie due to its bargain price and that photograph that at this price range, it’s hard to find a phone that’s up to the task.
By that we mean everything is expected from the Pixel 7a in this same price range, but it looks like that won’t be the case and its price will go up over its predecessor. According to 9to5Google, the Pixel 7a will retail for $449, unlike the Pixel 6a, which launched for $449. That is to say, it would be $50 more expensive than its predecessor.
Its price hasn’t gone up much either, but that’s a pretty noticeable difference for a smartphone that’s been able to grab the attention of many for this value for money.
The excuse behind this price increase has to do with some specifications that are going to be improved from the previous model. We know he will have 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and it will keep the design on the front with that hole in the screen that protects a 10.8MP camera.
In design it follows the lines seen in the Pixel 7 series, so in this section there are no surprises. The rear camera module will have a 64MP main camera and a 12MP ultra wide angle. In its bowels will live the Tensor G2 chip with 8 GB of RAM.
A mobile from which we hope that at least here in Europe, when it is launched, it will remain more or less with the price with which the Pixel 6a arrived, more precisely 459 dollars.
