In the video we can see how efficiently it installs macOS 9.2.2 in Nintendo Wii 2007 using a small floppy disk to install the software. At the end of the video the license to play Lossa classic FPS that unfortunately runs very slowly and lags in this weird retro combination of Apple and Nintendo.

To install Mac OS 9.2.2 on Nintendo game console, you don’t need to use any emulator or virtual machine, because you can get via Linux natively. As this YouTuber had already installed Linux on his Nintendo Wii in another video, he had already done half the job.
After his tireless struggle to install Mac OS 9.2.2 on the Nintendo Wii, we can see that the operating system works perfectly on the game console although with some audio issues and with unintelligible typography. Even if the letter of the menus reads perfectly.
After watching the entire video, it’s pretty clear that installing an old operating system on a game console isn’t worth spending so much time and effort on, because it’s not isn’t like installing Windows 11 on a next-gen Mac. But you have to admit, it’s a blast to watch.
