Normally, the HomePod software updates automatically via the iPhone, but you can force the update like this:
- Log in to the Home app
- Click on the house icon at the top left
- If more than one home network is configured, select the one you want to check for update
- Click Software Updates
- If it’s been updated, you should see “Your HomePod is up to date” with version 15.5.1.
