Competitions can be started by selecting a friend in the Share section of the Fitness app and tapping “Compete”. When the opponent responds, the competition begins and will do so the next day. One week after the start of the competition, each user will receive notification of the contest result. In addition, the contest result can be seen daily from the Apple Watch itself.
