Actualization: Telegram begins to restore its services on mobile platforms despite the fact that some operators and countries still do not have the capacity to establish connections with the platform’s servers.
A breakdown of the Telegram servers ruins the messaging platform: as verified by its users, it is impossible to send messages, also attach photos or videos. Messaging is disrupted in much of the world.
No messaging platform is immune to communication outages since servers can crash suddenly and without knowing when service will be restored. As we check on our phones, the apps are unable to send the messages (the timer appears), also to receive them; thus making it impossible to talk to anyone through the platform.

- Access another application, such as the browser.

- Make sure you haven’t accidentally turned on airplane mode.
- Check that the mobile data is active and that you still have it in your tariff.
- If the Internet still does not work, try restarting the device.
As long as the Telegram servers continue to be down, there’s not much you can do to send messages apart from switching apps or trying with an SMS: Until the connections with the Telegram servers are restored, you will be without service. Check from time to time if the messages have already been sent.
