- Wait at least 30 seconds and open the box cover without removing the AirPods.
- On the iPhone, go to Settings, “Bluetooth”.
- Find your AirPods in the list of available devices and click on the information button that will appear with a “I” to the right.
- To choose “Forget this device“and confirm the action.
- Close the AirPods cover again for at least 30 seconds longer.
- Open the cover keeping the AirPods inside.
- Hold the rear box button until the indicator flashes white.
- With your iPhone in hand and unlocked, follow the AirPods pairing process, which should have been activated in a few moments.
With this method and the previous one, this should be enough to avoid having to buy new AirPods or go to technical service.
