Disable personalized results on Google
Google’s personalized results are able to automatically collect certain information such as on upcoming trips, among other things. It does this through a filter system that allows it to detect certain information when users receive it in the form of email.
This forces the company’s algorithm to act based on the information users receive.
It does this completely privately to offer you personalized content. Although it is true that even if it is completely private, it is not necessary to activate this option. To turn it off, follow these steps:
- Access the Google app.
- Tap your photo and open Settings.
- Click Personal Results.

After that, you will no longer receive this information in the form of notifications and reminders, but you can reactivate this function from this same section of the Google application.
If you want to take full advantage of this feature, you should also enable web and app activity data collection and location history.
