This mod is called TouchStadia and made by SmashShock for Reddit user. What this tool does add a visual controller to our device's screen playing with it thanks to the touch screen. Although obviously less comfortable than using the remote, you can certainly get more than one in trouble.
The installation is well explained on the GitHub page and as you can see in the video made by its maker, regulators respond quickly without any delay or delaying effect, it almost seems to be the birth path of Stadia itself.
