If you use Spotify, you may have heard of Spotify Pie. This is a website that generates a pie chart (a circular diagram, hence the name) into which the music genres you listen to the most are conveniently categorized. It’s not an official feature, but that doesn’t mean it’s curious to see it.
If your curiosity is precisely piqued as it is for many people, don’t worry: we’ll teach you how to generate that Spotify Pie
Find out what music obsession you’ve had this month
All you need to do is access this website from your iPhone, where you will see an option to sign in using your Spotify account. Please be patient if the loading is slow, there are many people using it now:
Follow the instructions to sign in and agree to the terms (the site needs to see your Spotify song listening stats to generate the graph):
Once you click on ‘OK’, the graph will appear directly on the screen:
What you see here are two things:
- A chart where you see the genres you’ve listened to the most in the last month
- A list of bands you’ve listened to the most in the past month
There’s no option to see this chart or list of artists with total usage stats, but it’s fun to see it even with what you’ve been listening to for the past four weeks. Of course, it’s a completely free site and You don’t need to be Spotify Premium to be able to generate this Spotify Pie.
