SMS messages. Similar to the previous option, but with SMS messages. You can select the default SIM card to send SMS or manually select before sending each. Also, this only applies when sending messages and not receiving them, which will access both SIM cards without this setting.
The data configuration is final, but the calls and SMS configuration is used in the default app to make calls and send SMS. This way, it is common for you to appear in the call app two buttons to call if you choose "always ask", or one.
To SMS messages, the use of this change is very subtle. The SIM card you choose will automatically be used in your new messages, but you can switch from one SIM to another by hitting the SIM icon in Android Messages.
