One of the lucky ones I have when working in a place like Andro4all, is the fact that I can try different devices that I would never be able to produce otherwise. As many of you know, for a few years I've been using the iPhone as a personal phone and even though I think iOS meets all my needs right now, I can't take it as an active app, much less.
Both Android and iOS are very much about security. Both are very comprehensive and mature programs, so in the end the choice between them is based on the little things. As an iPhone user every day, every time I have to update an Android smartphone, I immediately start remembering some iOS functions but also the opposite. I mean there are some features on Android that are more than iOS getting to ask me why an apple bite company doesn't adapt to its operating methods.
In this little guide I will tell you what three features I would like iOS to copy from Android, or something similar, what you like most about Android when you come from iOS.
Great freedom: no two Android phones are the same
It has always been said that the main difference between Android and iOS is the amazing freedom of first and second freedom. Although this can lead to a weird problem, especially when we look at Google's availability against malware that is present in its app store, it also has its benefits, and as we've mentioned many times, no two Android phones are the same.
While my iPhone and partner are unique in the wallpaper and how we organize apps and folders, an Android user can customize their phone as they really want, without limitation. You must go through the customization section in Andro4all to check it out.
Unique launchers like Nova Launcher, icon packs, widgets … a thousand possibilities. You just have to have the mind and patience to do it. Other results are works of art that are true.
Fear of incoming calls on iOS
There may be some features that some users love most on Android and vice versa, it's all a matter of taste. But in many cases it is not, but you have treated the product well. This is the case for incoming calls on iOS, a headache that always makes us wonder why a brand like Apple that cares for small details, hasn't put any solution into it.
For those who have never used iOS or have never used it, I will explain. When someone is called on the phone on an iPhone, the incoming call stays on the whole terminal screen. What does this mean? That when you use the Internet, write a very long message or email or do any other work, the iPhone will take you out of that screen and replace it with incoming calls.
There have been a few times I accidentally caught an incoming call when I sent WhatsApp and argued, I answered the call when I didn't want to. Android is treating you in the best and easiest way. The incoming call comes from the top of the notification bar without interrupting us and above all, without interrupting what we're doing at the time.
Read like this may sound silly but I promise. Apple and its iPhone have a serious problem with incoming calls and surprisingly, they don't want to put any solution into it.
Finally … the price
Are Apple products expensive? It is possible that paying 1,000 euros for an iPhone may seem like it but we must remember that there are also Android devices of this price or higher. The problem is not that the iPhone is expensive, but that there is nothing else they can do. If you want Apple to pay its price, then nothing else.
Of course this is not possible with Android. If I want an expensive phone I can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note10 for example, but if I don't want to spend a fortune I can choose any large number of terminals that are in the middle and bottom lists. There are many different ways and this is one of the keys to the success of Android.
Can I ask for a cheaper iPhone? No, that's not it. Highly-bitten apple devices are full of quality on all four sides but I want to say that if you love iOS and are not in the finances of talking financially, you only have the option of getting older or second-generation models.
As we can see, this is a small detail. Android and iOS are the best apps and there is no difference between them. Battles between Apple and Android are great with a sense of humor and between friends but i fanboyism Do not confuse us. Both have the best and the worst. Let us love technology and enjoy these two amazing forums.
And you, have you switched from iOS to Android? What did you like most?
