For a while now, Apple has been rumored to be working on a new version of the iMac, and that could replace the new 23-inch model which means replacing the current 21.5-inch model.
As has been announced Macrumors, Intel's latest Comet Lake processors didn't arrive until last Friday and that may explain why Apple waited so long to introduce new Macac models.
The most common model the premium The new Intel Core i9 (Core i9-10900K) offers ten cores and has a clock speed of 3.7 GHz as standard, but you can get speeds up to 5.3 GHz using what the company calls Thermal Velocity Boost. They claim to be a "searcher gaming fastest in the world ”, which sounds at least promising.
The existing iMac models use Cofi Lake processors, which have less power compared to their predecessors, Comet Lake processors.
It could be newer models of Mac they'll be launching in a few months, so if you're thinking of buying one, we suggest you wait a bit.
