Apple has confirmed that within a week We will already have available the new iOS and iPadOS update, version 16.5which is already in the “Release Candidate” version for developers and will arrive with these new features.
It was in a press release in which the new “Pride Day” bracelets were presented and that they arrive accompanied by their respective wallpapers, that Apple confirmed that they will be available next week with the launch of iOS 16.5. In addition to this wallpaper, a few other new features are included, but don’t expect any big surprises as there is little to highlight in this upcoming update. Another novelty is the possibility of being able to start a screen recording using Siri. If you want to record your iPhone screen, from iOS 16.5, you just have to ask Apple’s virtual assistant, such as when you want to stop recording. Screen recordings are very useful for explaining to other users how certain things are done on the iPhone, since you can even record your own voice while capturing what is happening on your phone screen.
Not much can be pointed out about an update that it is odd that it is named 16.5 and not 16.4.2 as the news is too irrelevant to be a one decimal place update . This should be the last update by Apple to introduce iOS 17. next June during WWDC 2023.
