Apple has less than two months left to officially announce the iPhone 15. They will undoubtedly come loaded with novelties like Titanium, USB-C, A17, bigger battery, better optimization and much more.
One of the biggest criticisms that has been leveled at the iPhone 14, especially the Pro models, is that the duration leaves something to be desired. It mainly has to do with the always-on screen, among other circumstances. However, it seems from the rumors that Apple got it into their head to fix this issue and do it forever.
More battery and faster charging speed
According RGscloudSa leaker little known in the Apple world but very famous in everything related to Samsung, the iPhone 15 could use a new technology to manufacture its batteries. It looks like they would be produced using a stacking system.
Basically what is done is to use a manufacturing technique called lamination, in which the various elements that compose it are folded in zigzag layers instead of being rolled up. Space is much better utilized, so its capacity is greater, and therefore it lasts longer. Additionally, heat is also distributed more evenly throughout the battery, rather than concentrated in one area, which extends battery life. All the benefits, wow.
Another novelty that the new iPhone would include —we understand that only the Pro— would be a fast charge of 40W against 25W. This is extremely plausible given the addition of a USB-C port. At least if Apple has to, their thing is to try to take advantage of it, and that’s one way to do it. We only have a little over a month and a half to find out anyway.
