The reason is the inability to enter your profile if they were not logged in, as well as being able to reply to other users or refresh their timeline if they were logged in. This bug has been reported by many users in different countries, who have complained about not being able to update to see new messages.
A little less than an hour later, the problems begin to be resolved. and access began to return to normal, although it was not fully restored.
