The iPhone 14 reserves have already started, and analysts were quick to put their predictions on the table. Ming-Chi Kuo analyzed the first data and did not hesitate too long to say that the big winner of this launch was the iPhone 14 Pro.
Many Pros, few Pluses
Kuo doesn’t just say it, but he’s particularly pessimistic about the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus reservations. the analyst claims its sales were ‘worse than the iPhone 13 mini’
Meanwhile, Kuo thinks we’re on our way to iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max monopolize 45% of the sales quota of the entire range
This may lead to an increase in the average selling price of iPhones due to increased sales of Pro models compared to standard models, although we cannot be sure that in absolute terms revenue will increase. Kuo is saying some very strong things, I think, at a time when the iPhone 14 they haven’t even officially hit stores
Ironically, the in-store delivery dates for the iPhone 14 Plus are already October in Europe while those for the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro are still September 16. It might be better to wait until launch demand drops and everything calms down a bit.
