Huawei can't install Google services or apps on its new devices. And Google Play, even though the company has its own app store, Huawei App Gallery, though it doesn't have many popular apps. To solve this, Huawei is testing another app in Germany, with it helps you download applications from other sources.
In an experiment in Germany, Huawei describes App Search as an app that helps install "apps that are not in the gallery app". In the process, the app collects data from a variety of sources APKMirror, APKMonk, APKPure and others, which indicates ordering as an application repository.
App compatible with App Gallery
App Search is trying to fill the gap that Huawei App Gallery cannot fill. Remember that H.uawei cannot install its apps or Google services on its terminal. By itself, Google can only interact with Huawei on devices imported before May 16, so they can't install their programs on the App Gallery, even if they work outside of Google's Services.
On the other hand, Huawei will not be able to list applications in its official store without the consent of its creators. The Resources Gallery is also a store that manages complex identity management: all developers have to verify their identity with a photo ID of their identity such as an ID or passport. The solution? Do a integration of third-party sources.
App Search is an app compatible with Huawei App Gallery. His purpose is to know you download apps from anywhere. To do this, he created a medley that combines results from the App Gallery, APKMirror, the Amazon App Store, APKMonk, APKPure, official download websites and web applications.
The app is currently available in German, and shows a list of pre-ordered applications a Top 12 for popular apps, in addition to having a search engine and categories. It is not yet clear how many applications have been installed, or the selection of this particular version includes specific applications from Germany, so the list may change if it is introduced in other regions.
Technically, App Search is a new way to make it easier to download applications, albeit with a problem: multiple applications we still need Google services. In other words, you can install Google Maps with the App Search from the link that leads to APKMirror, but Google Maps doesn't work without Google services.
In some cases, App Search also has a solution for this. For example, the YouTube list does not list the APK files to include, instead it urges you to visit the official website and add direct links on the web on your homepage. Although the official YouTube app requires Google services to work, they have no trouble visiting the website.
Considering the large number of Huawei face ratings, App Search is a funny way to get out of trouble, similar to other quotes like UpToDown. It won't be 100% useful, but it can help you find other apps that for some reason are not in your store but are elsewhere.
