As the source of Ice Universe, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will feature a sensor 200MP main ISOCELL with 1/1.3″ sensor size. Add 0.6 pixel sizeμm with an aperture of f/1.7 in order to make a comparison with the current Galaxy S22 Ultra, which has 0.8 μm pixels and an aperture of f/1.8.
