Microsoft was recently posted on their blog they are not inside Install the update to its beta program. Specifically, it's an iPadOS version of Word and PowerPoint, which can make this beta work support for multiple windows. This means that we can work with two documents open at the same time, the work presented with iPadOS 13.
Many Word and PowerPoint documents on iPad
As the company points out, the Office in its beta version has many windows upgrades. However, this is currently available in Word and PowerPoint, Excel is left. In its post, Microsoft accompanied the text with an iPad image showing what two Word texts look like to each other.
With this enhancement, users will be able to work on both documents at the same time. Without moving from one window to another or creating new application environments. According to the information provided, there are three ways to support more support:
- Touch, hold and drag the file to the Recent, Shared or Open list in the application's edge.
- With Word or PowerPoint open, swipe from the bottom edge to show the booth. Then click and hold the icon for the same application and drag it to one of the edges.
- Also in the Recent, Shared or Open list, click on the file ellipsis and click Open in a new window.
Obviously, using this function when done in public will have to have it iPad supporting iPadOS 13. The iPad app version released in September last year was advanced in terms of features and productivity.
Currently, Microsoft has not released any dates regarding the launch of this feature. Nor did his plans access other apps for this company, among which OneNote and Outlook are widely used. IPadOS 13.4 has added support for the mouse, but there are currently no official news about its arrival in the Office.
