At the moment, the Camera Assistant only supports WeChat video calls and is active in beta versions of MIUI 12.5 in China.
We do not know if it will reach the calls and video calls of other applications, the most used in Europe, like Zoom or WhatsApp.
This should be one of the last features to hit MIUI 12.5, as Xiaomi is expected to release a beta of MIUI 13 at the end of the year.
