Thus, to the traditional challenges of the Apple Watch on various special dates, the “Ring the New Year” which has already started appearing for many users in the app Fitness on iPhone and Apple Watch during the last days.
Challenges designed for move a few minutes a day for seven consecutive days in January, they expect users to be disciplined and manage to close all three activity rings for seven days in a row in the first month of the year.
