Every now and then, Easter eggs are found in the apps we use in our daily life, and now it is with WhatsApp. This little secret hidden in the app just discoveredbecause it is accompanied by the new function which makes it possible to send images which disappear.
Easter eggs are little secrets that developers hide in the application code and which only appear when we perform a series of actions. One of the most recent is that of the Google app and its secret game, and another of the most famous in recent months is that of Instagram which allowed us to change the icon of the app.
How to see the hidden Easter egg in WhatsApp
This is the first time we’ve heard of an Easter egg or Easter eggs in the WhatsApp app, but hopefully it will become a tradition. These little ones secrets are a lot of fun and it’s great to meet them
As usual, our classmates WABetaInfo they were the ones who first found this secret in WhatsApp, which you can reproduce yourself by following these steps:
- Send a disappearing image to any contact (this feature may only be available to certain users at the moment).
- Wait for the image to disappear from the chat.
- Press the circular counter icon that appears next to the message 5 times in a row.
- You will see how the face emoji appears when sending silence.
WhatsApp has introduced a secret Easter egg for photos and videos to display once on WhatsApp for Android.
