If there is a brand we have ever used quickly refresh your phones in the new version of Google's operating system, no doubt Nokia. Release with OTA and move by country

As has happened in all Nokia devices that already have Android 10, this update will include all Nokia 3.1 Plus. features and development of the latest version from Google's operating system: traditional black mode, suggested responses and suggested actions, new gesture navigation, more control over privacy and security, etc.
The update has started to be released today with OTA, but, as we mentioned, shipping will be enhanced, so if you have Nokia 3.1 Plus and haven't received a notification that a new version of the app is available, be patient because maybe it takes a few days to arrive. When that happens, as always, we recommend downloading and installing an update that is connected to the WiFi network.
