Given the rise in digital subscriptions for listening to music, watching series or enjoying games, it is becoming increasingly common to share an account. We have seen this in all countries, and Spain is no exception.
There are a number of legal and minor legal ways to do this and today Google has taken the initiative so that Stadia, its streaming platform, can do so in the first place.
Now we can share games on Stadia
Just as we could with games and apps we purchased from our Google Play Mobile Store, we can now launch plan familiar en Stadia so that our team members can use their Stadia profile as if it were a Pro.
Obviously, not all members have to pay and if the creator of the group is a paid user of the platform, everyone will be able to use the app in the same way.
Google Stadia: all the challenges facing the “future of video games”
Google Stadia is already in our midst, but the new platform raises serious doubts due to the seemingly weak launch. What are your challenges?
This will be the case as long as this subscription is active and in case we switch to a paid version we will only be able to play the purchased articles, as is the case with each use of the platform.
How to use the new feature
In order to share sharing we must go to the desktop version of the service and select it in the file Settings section Family, where a white button will appear to activate the function.
This will only appear if we already have a family group set up for our Google Account, so we will have to take that step first if not.
We will also have to participate in a payment system, a way for Google to ensure that group shares are not happily traded on online platforms.
Finally, it should be noted that Stadia can be used by all members at the same time as long as they use different games. There can be no two open times for the same game at the same time.
